Big Island Zip line tour

Hawaii Big Island Zip Line Tour

Big Island Eco Adventures welcomes you to participate in the first canopy Hawaii Zip Line Tour on the island.  This Big Island Hawaii Zipline activity features a total of 8 Hawaii Zip Lines, knowledgeable guides, and stunning scenery.  This Hawaii Zipline Tour includes complimentary transportation up North Kohala’s mountainside where you’ll be able to enjoy Hawaii Ziplining and snacks.  And be sure to keep an eye out for the Hawaii Zip Line that crosses a bridge overlooking cascading waterfalls!

But what is it that makes these Big Island Activities classified as eco-tours?  The construction of the various Hawaii Ziplines didn’t damage any trees and also didn’t create any new roads.  Bridges and platforms were constructed with recycled wood and guava underbrush that act as handrails.  While the structures are aesthetically pleasing and beautifully designed, safety is and will always be Big Island Eco Adventures’ top priority.  All of the snacks that we offer during Hawaii Zip Line Tours are locally produced and organically grown.  In addition, there are plans to convert all of our power usage to wind and solar sources.

Here are directions to these Zipline Tours:

Directions: Hwy 270 into North Kohala. You will see a Shell station on your right when you are in Hawi town. Take a right on that rd - Hawi Road. Immediately you will see signs that say Kohala Village Inn & Luke's Place - Big Island Eco Adventures has their zipline sign up there also. Turn right into the parking lot, go down to the end.  When you see another zipline sign and an arrow turn left. The back row along a line of palm trees is designated for Big Island Eco Adventures zipline guests. Check-in will next to the parking in our trailer.

When you’re booking your Big Island Activities, don’t forget to ask about Big Island Hawaii Zipline adventures through Big Island Eco Adventures!
