- No neck, back, hip, knee, ankle or foot injuries or conditions of any kind. Must be in decent physical condition and possess upper body strength.

- Ages 9 years and up – weight requirements 70-265 lbs – No Pregnancies or serious heart conditions. Not recommended for those with serious back or knee conditions
- Special Notes:
- What to Wear & Bring: Closed toe shoes, Long shorts or long pants, Rain gear (in wet weather), Long hair tied back, No dangling jewelry, and don’t forget to Bring a camera!
